Feldbach<\/strong> has something unique at the church square.<\/strong><\/span> The most colorful belfry in the world stands in the pretty city. The colorful colors are a symbol of a peaceful coexistence of different cultures and are a popular background for holiday photos. The neo-Gothic Villa Hold with its distinctive fa\u00e7ade and roofscape also attracts the eye. The story, from the Stone Age to the recent past, is illustrated in the Museum in Tabor. In 41 rooms upstairs, downstairs and 12 exhibitions, life in Southeast Styria is depicted. Tip: calligraphy in the “school class” for travel groups.<\/p>\n

The Raab flows through Feldbach, the gently meandering river rises on the Osser before the Teichalpe and flows after 250 km in Gy\u00f6r in Hungary in the Danube. The statue of the woman with the falcon in front of the Villa Hold represents the Raab. The Vulcano hamworld, the fine brewery LAVA Br\u00e4u \/ Brisky, the Elderberry Wonder World of Christandl at Kalvarienberg, the health food store EISVOGEL, where much revolves around the rose, the small, fine Schnapps distillery Stangl, the fruit farm Caldera, the natural winery Hutter or large companies, such as the Zotter Chocolate Manufactory and the G\u00f6lles Schnapps and vinegar manufactory guarantee a tasty excursion program in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.<\/p>\n

The trail network along the “Traces of the Volcanoes”<\/span><\/strong> shows the image of a man. The circular hiking trails “HimmelErdenWeg” and the “3-Vulkane-Weg” are part of the trail. For these two tours, the station in Feldbach is an ideal starting point. Between extinct volcanoes and along the volcanic cones, a picture buffet opens up through the south-eastern Styrian hill country.<\/p>\n

In addition to hiking, you can also get to know country and people while cycling. The five-day cycle tour<\/span><\/strong> starts in Feldbach and with the 14 forest and meadow tours, a well-maintained cycle path network is guaranteed. Feldbach in Advent <\/span><\/strong>A particularly beautiful Christmas market in the atmospheric Feldbacher Rathaushof (every Advent Saturday and 8th of December from 10 to 19 o’clock) under the motto “living Advent together”, next door the Christmas wonderland Altstadtgasse, the unique crib hiking trail in Gossendorf with over 30 nativity scenes in the open countryside and Christmas at Schloss Kornberg with the special exhibition Christmas and Passion nativity scenes, icons, lace and woodcarving, on the Advent Sundays the idyllic stalls in the decorated spa park of Gleichenberg, are a good opportunity for an advent trip.<\/p>\n

The name “Im Zentrum”<\/span><\/strong> stands for the modern convention center in the city center for meetings, the spacious leisure center with the event hall for cultural highlights. Feldbach is persistently expanding its position as a shopping city, cultural city and educational city. So Feldbach really makes sense!<\/p>\n

The district town with its family-run hotels is a good starting point for exploring the Styrian spa and volcano region. Culinary, craftsmanship and vitality of the volcanic land combine with health and well-being around the thermal springs.
