September and October are special months in Styria. During the best weeks for exploring the colorful regions, we guide numerous guests along spectacular routes.<\/p>\n

Mid September we went on an outstanding trip: BVB Touristik<\/strong><\/span><\/a> hired us to show visitors from Berlin the state capital Graz as well as the southern parts of Styria<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Cultural sights, like St. Barbara-Church in B\u00e4rnbach, designed by artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, Lipizzaner horses in Piber and Castle Eggenberg, alternated with a range of culinary delights. To top it all off, the tour led us to Kitzeck, situated at 564 m above sea level and thus the highest wine growing village in Central Europe. However, the program’s highlight <\/strong><\/span>happened at the Fortress Deutschlandsberg’s restaurant: Famous chef Johann Lafer<\/strong><\/span><\/a> surprised the group with an eventful gala-dinner. Laughter about culinary anecdotes rang through the castle’s halls, excellent wine was tasted and philosophical theories about the culinary awesomeness of Styria<\/a><\/strong><\/span> were tested.<\/p>\n<\/div>
